These variations are not considered defects.

  • Nazakat reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Full payment is required to process an order unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location
  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors are beyond our control
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged items

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
 Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered
  • In case of payment for an out-of-stock item, a full refund will be issued

  • Handle with care on rough surfaces
  • Store in a dry place
