Delivery
Shipping Time
- Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed via DM
- Any promotional free delivery offers will be clearly mentioned
Delivery Notes
- Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate
- Nazakat is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
Returns & Exchanges
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged product
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Return Policy
- We do not offer returns for change of mind
- Returns are only accepted if the product is defective
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable
- If an item is unavailable after payment, a full refund will be issued
Exchange Process
- Customers may be required to send the product back to us
- Delivery charges for exchanges may apply
- Once received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched

Each Nazakat piece is handmade and hand embroidered. Minor variations are part of the craftsmanship and not considered faults.
